Caesia Software is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information. We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The NPPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information. About the NotifyWA app

The app receives push notifications from Firebase when one of your subscribed topics has new information. It can also send you emails when a topic has new information.

Personal Information

When you create an account, the following personal information is stored:

• Your email address
• A hash of your password

Additionally, when you save a location to watch, that information is stored:

• The location position (latitude and longitude), and polygon (a list of latitude and longitude positions)
• If provided, the description you specified of the location

This information is stored in AWS in the region ap-southeast-2 - Australia, New South Wales

It is also temporarly stored in Content Delivery Networks (CDN) where necessary to cache information closest to you
